How do I get a key?

Drop your email below, pick Free, and you’ll get a verification email within seconds. Click the link, your key is generated and ready to copy. From here to first API call is usually under 60 seconds.

Do I need a credit card for the Free tier?

No. Free tier is genuinely free — 1,000 requests per month, no card on file. We won’t silently move you to a paid plan when you hit the limit; you’ll get a 429 and an upgrade nudge.

What’s the difference between Free and Starter?

Free is 1,000 req/mo with reduced precision (lat/lng rounded to 1km, premium fields hidden). Starter ($9.99/mo) is 5,000 req/mo with full address precision, photos, hours, phone, and website data. Most production apps need Starter.

How do paid plans get billed?

Stripe handles billing. After signup, you’ll be redirected to a Stripe checkout. Card details never touch our servers. Manage subscription, update card, or cancel from the Stripe customer portal — link is in your dashboard.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the portal. Changes take effect immediately. Annual billing on Developer+ saves 20%.

I forgot my key. Can I look it up?

Use the "Find existing key" form below. Drop your email and we’ll send you a one-time link to retrieve or rotate it. Old keys remain active during a rotation grace window.
