The dataset

The largest verified accessibility dataset in the United States.

ROLLIN scores venues 0–100 across six wheelchair-relevant features using a multi-source pipeline and trust-weighted community feedback. Partner organizations get full read access and contribute back through verified accounts where their staff and members carry the highest trust weight in scoring.

02

Who partners with ROLLIN

Six partner categories. One free program.

Independent Living Centers

Replace I&R spreadsheets with live, scored data

Counselors get instant, verified answers when consumers ask which restaurants, parks, or transit stops are actually accessible. ILC staff become trusted contributors — their on-the-ground knowledge flows back into the dataset and improves coverage in their region.

Area Agencies on Aging

Older adults are the largest growing segment

AAA care coordinators support the fastest-growing population of mobility-device users. ROLLIN gives them scored data on dining, healthcare, and community venues — pre-screened by a real verification standard. Free for AAA staff and the people they serve.

ADA Regional Centers

Back specialist guidance with real venue data

ADA centers field tens of thousands of inquiries a year. Partnership routes complex regional questions to scored data instead of hypotheticals. Specialist expertise informs ROLLIN scoring methodology in return — partnership is bidirectional.

Disability rights organizations

Numbers that move policy conversations

Aggregate venue scoring shows exactly where accessibility falls short — by city, by region, by feature. Run reports like "60% of restaurants in this metro score below 50 on restroom accessibility." Build the evidence base for legislative briefs and litigation.

SCI & disability nonprofits

Members already know what is accessible

SCI peer support groups, MDA chapters, and disability-led nonprofits have membership networks with deep, lived expertise. As verified contributors their feedback carries the highest trust weight in the ROLLIN system. The community gets credit. The dataset improves.

Vocational rehabilitation

Verify workplace access before placement

VR counselors screen employer locations against real accessibility scores before a job placement. Reduces failed placements caused by undisclosed access barriers. Contributing back what the field rep finds on-site keeps the dataset current.

Questions

Is partnership really free?

Yes. The full partner program — API access, embed widgets, training, custom reports, contributor program — is free for qualifying disability-led nonprofits, Independent Living Centers, Area Agencies on Aging, ADA Regional Centers, disability rights organizations, SCI nonprofits, and vocational rehabilitation agencies. No contract required.

What qualifies as a partner organization?

501(c)(3) nonprofits serving people with disabilities, federally-funded ILCs and AAAs, ADA Regional Centers, state vocational rehabilitation agencies, and disability rights legal organizations. Other mission-aligned groups can email partnerships@joinrollin.com to request review.

How does the verified contributor program work?

Partner staff or members get verified accounts after a brief onboarding. Their feedback on venues — confirming features, flagging issues, adding new locations — carries the highest trust weight in scoring. Anonymous public feedback carries lower weight. This keeps the dataset accurate without gatekeeping.

Can we use ROLLIN data in policy reports and grant applications?

Yes. Partner organizations get custom data exports and aggregated reports for grant proposals, program evaluation, and legislative briefs. Attribution to ROLLIN as the data source is required. Custom report formatting available on request.

Does ROLLIN replace ADA compliance audits?

No. ROLLIN measures venue-level accessibility for the disability community as users — what people experience walking in. ADA audits measure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The two complement each other; ROLLIN is not a substitute for legal compliance work.

How do we apply?

Email partnerships at hello@joinrollin.com with your organization name, the regions you cover, and a brief description of how you plan to use the partnership. Or use the partnerships form on the contact page. Most applications hear back within five business days.
