How does verification work?
You submit a self-assessment of six accessibility features, three required photos (entrance, accessible restroom, dining or interior), and an optional walkthrough video. The ROLLIN team reviews each application personally within five business days. Review may include a phone call or in-person visit. Not every applicant is approved.

Is there a free trial?
Not a trial, but applications are free. You only pay after approval. If we cannot approve your application, you are welcome to re-apply once the items we flagged are addressed.
