DMCA & Content Policy

1. Overview
ROLLIN aggregates publicly available accessibility data to help people with disabilities find accessible places. We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to legitimate removal requests.
ROLLIN is a wheelchair accessibility platform that helps users find accessible restaurants, bars, and venues. The data displayed on our platform is compiled from multiple publicly available sources and scored using our proprietary accessibility scoring engine.
Businesses listed on ROLLIN are included based on publicly available data. Businesses do not opt in to be listed. We compile and score factual accessibility information to help wheelchair users make informed decisions about where to go.
2. Business Listing Corrections
ROLLIN is not a review site. We do not publish subjective opinions or star ratings. We display factual accessibility data — wheelchair entry, level entry, accessible restroom, accessible parking, elevator, wide aisles — scored on a 0-100 scale.
If you are a business owner and believe your listing contains inaccurate information, you can:
- Request corrections to inaccurate accessibility data
- Claim your listing to provide verified, first-party accessibility information
- Update business details such as hours, contact information, or other operational data
To request a correction, email hello@joinrollin.com with the following information:
- Business name
- Business address
- What information is inaccurate
- The correct information
3. Business Listing Removal
While our data comes from publicly available sources, we respect business owner requests to be removed from our platform.
To request removal of your business listing, email hello@joinrollin.com with:
- Business name
- Business address
- Proof of ownership (business license, utility bill, or verified Google Business Profile)
We process removal requests within 5 business days.
Please note: Removed businesses may reappear on ROLLIN if re-submitted by community members through our public contribution system. If this happens, contact us again and we will ensure the removal is maintained.
4. DMCA Copyright Takedown Notices
If you believe that content on ROLLIN infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on our site (URL or description sufficient to locate it)

5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed from ROLLIN in error or as a result of misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location on our site before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which JoinRollin Inc may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notifications should be sent to our designated agent at hello@joinrollin.com. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within 10-14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action.
6. Community-Submitted Content
ROLLIN allows users to submit accessibility feedback and new location data to help improve our coverage and accuracy. All community submissions are reviewed for quality and accuracy.
If community-submitted information about your business is inaccurate, please contact us at hello@joinrollin.com and we will review and correct the data promptly.
Important: ROLLIN does not publish user reviews or subjective opinions. We only display factual accessibility feature data — whether a location has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, restroom, parking, and similar objective attributes.
7. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and our own policies, ROLLIN will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain records of all takedown notices received and will act decisively against repeat violations.
